The Mitchell Group
The Mitchell Group was established in 2004 and is a major converter of coated fabrics to various upholstery markets in the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, Australia, and China. The company has warehouse locations in Pontotoc, MS; Niles, IL; Los Angeles, CA; and Jiangsu, China. Mitchell Kahuna Trading Company is located in Shanghai, China, and manages exports as well as all China-to-China business for The Mitchell Group.
Mitchell converts 100% PU, PVC and semi-PU products. Its capabilities include embossing, printing, finishing, flocking and embroidering. Our products are subject to rigorous testing, in-house at our production facilities and independently in the U.S. at various certified labs in order to ensure that standards of quality and technical engineering are met.
The company has diverse sales networks in major markets including residential and commercial upholstery, upholstery distribution, retail, marine and recreational vehicles. Sales representation is through a combination of internal house account specialists and independent territory and market specialists. Mitchell takes great pride in supporting the efforts of its authorized distributors and in strengthening those long-term partnerships.
